Dr. Pi-Chi Han served as a professor in the Division of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies at University of Missouri-St. Louis in the U.S.A. from 2007-2013. Due to the family emergency, she decided to resign and accept the offer from National Kaohsiung Normal University (NKNU), Taiwan for helping the family. Currently she is an associate professor in the Graduate Institute of Adult Education at NKNU. Dr. Han is an educator of global workforce development and a consultant of global talent development as well. She is an academician and practitioner in the field of Human Resource Development (HRD). Her major research has been focused on intercultural effectiveness (ICE) competencies, global leadership, Confucian leadership, cross-cultural mentoring, women leadership development.
