Marc Spraragen holds a Ph.D. in AI and game design from USC, and is co-founder of Augmented Expeditions LLC, a software development company creating custom location-based augmented reality (AR) tourism experiences and educational games. Marc has created AR gaming experiences at the city wall in Xi’an, China, and for Ingress by Google Niantic. He has constructed both serious game frameworks for research scientists and recreational games for the general public, including word games, puzzle hunts, and escape rooms.
